Cell Logic — Scoreboard

1 · Day by day

2 · Consultant leaderboard — month to date

3 · Race to Target 1

Every store's running total as a share of its Target 1, against the dashed "on pace" line (day ÷ days in month).

4 · All stores — month to date

5 · Day by day — all stores

Connections (contracts + upgrades) per store for every day of the month. Each daily file adds the next day; earlier days stay as they were. ◂ marks the data-as-at day.

6 · Day by day — each consultant

Contracts (CT) and upgrades (UPG) per consultant per day, store total first. The first day of the month carries the opening position; every day after it is the change since the previous daily file (a 0 means no consultant split that day — the next split catches it up).

1 · Company snapshot — review month

2 · Store level — review month vs last year, vs previous month, vs Target 1

Connections — review month vs same month last year vs Target 1

Accessories (R) — review month vs same month last year vs Target 1

3 · People — who moved the number

Sorted by store. Flags are based on the change against the same month last year.

4 · The year in context — by month, this year vs last year

Connections per month

Accessories (R) per month

5 · Heat map — connections vs same month last year, by store

Green = up on last year, red = down, blank = month not in yet. Read across a row to compare stores in one month; read down a column to see a store's year. YTD = Jan to the review month combined.

6 · Automatic read-out

7 · Daily archive — the review month day by day

Store scorecards

Every store as a hero tile: number, change on last year and on the previous period, grade (A = 15%+ up · B = 5–15% up · C = flat ±5% · D = 5–15% down · E = 15%+ down), progress against last year and a straight run-rate projection. Card colour: green = ahead of last year, amber = within 5% behind, red = more than 5% behind.
